Mission
To maintain the Sovereign Mandate through Active Stabilization, ensuring uninterrupted functionality of critical infrastructure and legitimate authority for a minimum of 72 hours under complete external denial.
Execution
Concept of Operations (CONOPS)
Operations are conducted through three non-negotiable laws:
- Local Sovereignty: Empowering audited “Anchors” to act without waiting for central orders.
- 72-Hour Autonomy Standard: Creating a “Strategic Buffer” to absorb initial shocks.
- Integrity as Infrastructure: Eliminating the “Human Single Point of Failure” through rigorous reliability auditing.
- Phased Implementation
- Phase I: Diagnostic: Utilize Asset Vulnerability Mapping (AVM™) to identify Pivot and Strategic Dominos.
- Phase II: Encapsulation: Deploy Degraded-Condition Protocols (DCP™) and the Sovereign Override Clause (SOC) to transition the organization to Active Stabilization.
- Phase III: Validation: Conduct the 72/INTEGRITY Audit™—a dynamic test of reliability under isolation.
- Phase IV: Adoption: Full integration of the Sentinel Package for sovereign or corporate entities.
Administration and Logistics
- Metric of Success: The Individual Reliability Coefficient (IRC) and Sentinel Readiness Index (SRI).
- Primary Deliverable: The Sentinel Package, including SPOFF (Single Point of Failure Forensic) and Safe Failure Mode Protocols.
Command and Control
- Command: Via the Mesh (Distributed).
- Control: At the Core (Commander’s Intent).
- Continuity: Through the Flow (Active Stabilization).
- Sunset Provision: All autonomous node operations are governed by a Governance Sunset Clause.
